Visiting the website
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of access, to deliver the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to Google Fonts. Your theme and language choice are stored only in your browser.
Contact, careers and newsletter forms
When you send a form, we process the details you enter (such as name, email, company and message) to respond to your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, for the newsletter, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Your details are stored in our database (MongoDB Atlas) and sent to us by email through our email provider. We may also pass them to our CRM through an automation service (n8n) to manage enquiries.
Free tools and assessments
Your answers to the free tools are processed in your browser to show your result. If you ask for the detailed report, we store your answers, result, name and email to send the report and follow up on your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Booking a call (Calendly)
Our booking calendar is provided by Calendly LLC, USA. It only loads after you click to open it. Calendly then processes the details you enter for the booking. Data transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses. See Calendly’s privacy policy for details.
How long we keep data
We delete personal data when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, unless legal retention periods apply.
