Plain answers about what we do, how the free tools work and what to expect when you work with us.
Working with DeepStrategyAI
What does DeepStrategyAI do, in simple words?
We help companies grow in a planned, measurable way. We find out why growth is slower than it should be (for example the wrong target customers, leads that get lost, or no clear numbers), fix it, and set up simple systems so it stays fixed. Our work covers go-to-market strategy (who to sell to and how), revenue operations (the sales process, CRM and reporting) and AI automation.
Who do you work with?
Mostly startups and growing companies: founders testing a new idea, teams that need more of the right customers, and companies entering a new market. We have worked across SaaS, e-commerce, AI, health, logistics, hospitality and food & beverage.
Do I need to be based in Germany?
No. DeepStrategyAI is based in Berlin and works remotely with companies in Germany and other countries. Calls happen online, so location is not a barrier.
Which service is right for me?
A quick guide: Validation Sprint if you have an idea and want proof that people will pay for it. B2B Lead Generation & RevOps if you need more of the right customers and fewer lost deals. GTM & Market Expansion if you are launching in a new market. AI Automation & Business Intelligence if manual work and missing reports slow your team down. Not sure? Take a free check or book a free call and we will tell you honestly.
Compare all servicesWhat does a typical project look like?
Four steps. 1) Audit: we look at your strategy, CRM, funnel and numbers. 2) Strategy: we turn what we find into clear priorities, KPIs and a roadmap. 3) Execution: we implement together with your team, for example automation, reporting or CRM setup. 4) Scale: we track the numbers and keep improving.
Do you only give advice, or do you also do the work?
Both. We don’t leave you with a slide deck. In the execution phase we build and set things up together with your team, such as CRM processes, dashboards and automations, so the results last.
How much does it cost?
Every company is in a different situation, so there is no fixed price list. After a free 30-minute call you get a clear proposal with scope, timeline and price before any work starts. There is no obligation.
The free tools
Are the tools really free? Do I need an account?
Yes, they are completely free and you don’t need an account. You see your result straight away. You only enter your name and email if you want the detailed report sent to your inbox.
Which tool should I start with?
The GTM Health Check takes about 2 minutes and is the best starting point for most companies. If you know your funnel numbers, try the Revenue Leakage Check. For a new business idea, use the Startup Validation Check. To find tasks worth automating, use the AI Automation Check. The KPI calculators help you work out CAC, LTV, payback and ROI.
See all free toolsHow is my score calculated?
Each question has four answers, from “not in place” (0 points) to “best practice” (3 points). Your score is your points as a share of the maximum, shown out of 100. For example, 10 of 21 points gives 48/100. 75 and above means strong foundations, 45 to 74 means solid with clear gaps, and below 45 means the basics need attention. Your top 3 priorities are the areas where you scored lowest.
How accurate are the results?
The calculation itself is exact: the same answers always give the same result. But the score is based on your own answers, so it is a clear starting point, not a full audit. The revenue-leakage figure is an estimate based on improvements from past client projects; your real results depend on your market and team. In the free call we check the result against your real data.
What happens to my answers?
Your answers are processed in your browser to show your result. They are only stored if you ask for the emailed report. Then we keep your answers, result, name and email so we can send the report and follow up if you want. We never sell your data.
Read the privacy policyI didn’t receive my report. What can I do?
It usually arrives within a minute. Please check your spam or promotions folder and make sure the email address was typed correctly. If it still isn’t there, write to us and we will send it again.
Do I need business or technical knowledge to use the tools?
No. The tools use simple questions and inputs, with short explanations, so founders and business owners from any background can use them. If a term is new to you, our guide explains it in plain language.
Open the GTM & AI guideWhat is the difference between the GTM Health Check and the Startup Validation Check?
The GTM Health Check looks at how ready your business is to reach, win and keep customers. The Startup Validation Check looks at whether your idea, product or market is backed by enough real evidence. They answer related but different questions, so many founders do both.
Does a score of 80/100 mean my business will succeed?
No. The score is a first assessment based on your own answers. It shows strengths and gaps, but it is not a guarantee of sales, growth, profit or product-market fit.
Can these tools replace professional research?
No. They give you first calculations, useful questions and quick insights. For important decisions you may still need customer interviews, financial analysis, market research or small real-world tests.
What happens after I use a tool?
You get your result straight away, and the detailed report by email if you ask for it. If you want help acting on it, we offer four services: Validation Sprint, GTM & Market Expansion, B2B Lead Generation & RevOps, and AI Automation & Business Intelligence. A free call is the easiest way to see which one fits.
See the servicesBusiness numbers and AI
What if I don’t know my CAC or LTV?
That is completely normal. Start by understanding what the numbers mean and which data you need. It is better to see which information is missing than to guess numbers. Our guide explains each one with a simple example, and the KPI calculators do the maths for you.
Learn the key numbersHow do I know if my CAC is too high?
There is no single “right” number. Compare what you spend to win a customer (CAC) with what that customer earns you over time (LTV), how quickly you earn the cost back (payback period) and your cash flow. What is healthy depends on your business model.
Does a high churn rate mean my product is bad?
Not necessarily. Customers can leave because of price, the wrong customer fit, competitors, a weak start (onboarding), contract length or other reasons. The causes need to be looked at before you change the product.
Can AI automate my entire business?
No, and not every process should be automated. The best place to start is a repetitive task with clear steps, reliable data and low risk, for example sorting new enquiries or preparing reports. The free AI Automation Check helps you find these.

What happens in the free call?
It is a relaxed 30-minute video call. We talk about your goals and what is holding growth back, share first ideas, and agree on sensible next steps. There is no sales pressure. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you.
How should I prepare?
Nothing is required. To get the most out of the 30 minutes, take one of the free checks beforehand. After you book, you get an email with links to them. If you have them to hand, a few key numbers help too, such as monthly leads, conversion rate and average deal size.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Use the link in the confirmation email from Calendly. You can pick a new time or cancel there in a few clicks.
Data and privacy
Is my data safe?
Yes. We are a German business and follow the GDPR. The website uses no analytics or advertising cookies, the booking calendar only loads after you click, and the newsletter uses double opt-in, so nobody is subscribed without confirming. Details are in our privacy policy.
Privacy policyHow do I unsubscribe or have my data deleted?
Just write to us at the email address in the imprint, or reply to any of our emails, and we will unsubscribe you or delete your data. You don’t need to give a reason.
Careers and collaboration
Can I work with you or apply?
Yes. We are open to freelancers, partners and people who want to grow with us. Use the form on the careers page to tell us about yourself.
Go to careersWhy does the application form ask for at least 150 words?
A few short lines don’t tell us much. 150 words, about one short paragraph, give us a real picture of your experience and what you want to do. We read every application personally.
